Any phone on a carrier that can forward only the calls you don't answer. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile (including Mint and Metro), Cricket and most business phone services can. Visible, Google Fi, Boost and Google Voice can't. You don't install an app. You just change one setting in your phone's call settings to forward unanswered calls to your TextBack number.
Once carrier approval is through, a caller who misses you hears a short recorded notice and can press 1 to get a text from your TextBack number: who it is, that they missed you, and that you'll call back.
